Job Responsibilities:
- Designing a comprehensive campus strategy for Masters , Engineering and other Graduate Campuses
- Engagement and Reviewing of Intern hiring from premium B Schools and Engineering Campuses
- Campus Engagement & Branding - Ensuring ongoing and consistent engagement with identified campuses
- Liaising with the Social Media & Branding team to create branding strategy for campuses
- Design and implement projects to improve candidate experience on and off campus
- Designing Management Trainee journeys
Key Skills:
- MBA from Tiered campus with 2-5 years of experience
- 2-3 years of experience handling Campus hiring is mandatory
- Smart, good articulation and ability to manage stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-starter
- Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
