Job Description:

(Campus Engagement, Employer branding & Hiring)

- Assist with the communication and execution of recruiting strategies and marketing efforts for campuses

- Communicate strategy/key messages to campus teams/stakeholders

- Build relationships and serve as the point-of-contact for campus teams, career center personnel, college faculty, and student organizations

- Plan, coordinate and execute all logistical elements for on-campus marketing efforts (i.e., information sessions, career fairs) and interviewing efforts (i.e., establishes interviewing dates, solicits and schedules interviewers, prepares interviewing materials)

- Review resumes to assess and review paperwork to ensure feedback is documented appropriately

- Act as a primary information resource for recruits throughout the interviewing process -- communicate status, answer questions, extend offers, schedule start dates, coordinate all follow-up efforts

- Sponsorship for events on campus

Looking for:

- 4-9 years of exp in campus recruitment

- HR professionals top tier MBA colleges(Tier 1 & Tier 2) only

- Exp in hiring from tier 1/tier 2 b-schools is a must

- Exp in hiring for big conglomerates will be a huge plus
