Job Title: Lead - Campus Engagement & Talent Management

Role Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead - Campus Engagement & Talent Management to drive campus recruitment initiatives and talent development programs.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in campus hiring, career planning, learning & development (L&D), and stakeholder management.
- This role requires designing and executing talent acquisition and career development strategies for early-career professionals while collaborating with top academic institutions and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Strategy & Engagement:
- Develop and execute a robust campus hiring strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier universities, colleges, and business schools.
- Design and drive campus branding initiatives, including pre-placement talks, case competitions, hackathons, and industry-academic collaborations.
- Leverage digital platforms and social media to enhance employer branding and student outreach.
Campus Recruitment & Hiring:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, from pre-placement interactions to offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify future talent needs and drive targeted hiring from premier institutes.
- Implement innovative selection methodologies, including assessment tools and hiring frameworks.
- Ensure a seamless offer management and onboarding experience for new hires.
Talent Development & Career Planning:
- Design and execute structured internship and management trainee programs to nurture high-potential talent.
- Develop career pathing frameworks, mentorship programs, and learning roadmaps for campus hires.
- Conduct training sessions and career development workshops to enhance skills and prepare recruits for leadership roles.
- Monitor performance, engagement, and retention trends, implementing strategies to enhance long-term success.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with HR, L&D teams, and business leaders to align campus hiring with organizational goals.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry panels, and academic partnerships.
- Partner with universities to co-develop industry-relevant curriculum and experiential learning programs.
Data & Analytics:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as hiring quality, diversity, retention, and engagement to measure program success.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize campus hiring strategies.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 4-5 years in campus recruitment, talent management, or L&D.
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a premier institute.
Expertise: Strong experience in campus engagement, employer branding, and career development programs.
Training & Development: Ability to design and execute career training programs for early-career professionals.
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with academic institutions, business leaders, and HR teams.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking recruitment metrics and utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
Industry Background: Candidates from TAS Academy or other premier talent programs will be preferred.
