Campus & Employer Branding Lead with Branded Telecommunication Company based at Gurugram
Key Deliverables :
1. Campus Strategy : Capable to deliver a proactive, innovative candidate sourcing strategy and own the end to the end recruitment process for campus roles for India
2. Campus Engagement : Develop and implement campus engagement strategy which serves to tell the company's story on Campus;
3. Candidate identification and tracking : Attract, track, report, and close on the highest quality candidates creating a pipeline of talent to fulfill hiring needs.
4. Relationship Management : Develop visibility and build relationships with key university stakeholders to successfully implement campus engagement strategy. Build Internal partnerships with business representatives to enable storytelling ability on campus. Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks
5. Development of social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool by partnering with social media experts on the business side to drive engagement strategies and metrics.
Work Experience : At least 2-6 yrs of experience
Skills/Education Required :
1.Should have experience on both campus and employer branding -
2. Experience in leading a similar role in a large-scale/agile organization -
3. Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders -
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
5. Experience producing a diverse range of materials such as white papers, newsletters, presentations, educational materials, tutorials, scripts, blogs, and wikis -
6. Master's degree in HR/Marketing preferred
