Lead - Business Transformation - Bank

A Leading Gulf Bank is looking to hire people with experience in business transformation, process excellence, financial transformation.

Job Description :

Qualifications :

- The successful candidate should have a relevant Bachelor degree within Finance or related discipline

- Six sigma Black Belt certified (consulting / services industry exposure essential)

- Project Management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2)

Work Experience :

- Extensive successful leadership experience in executing continuous improvement/Lean/six sigma efforts and enabling efficiency, effectiveness and tangible financial benefit

- Hands-on and demonstrated experience with continuous improvement programs including employment of lean and/or six sigma tools and methodologies Extensive management of teams of analysts (up to 8 analysts per team)

- A minimum of 3 years of Transformation experience in the banking industry is preferable.

Knowledge of :

- Central Bank compliance

- Shared Services back office processes and leading practice

- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results

- Demonstrated successful project management experience and acumen

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate
