Lead the Business Solutions and Analysis team to create and execute strategies to enhance the product lines as per business requirements, thereby ensuring the goal of affordable leadership is achieved through apt technology and process interventions
Role Expectations :
- Work closely with business stakeholders in identifying business requirements
- Prepare the business requirement document (BRD) and functional requirement document (FRD) with alacrity from business stakeholders on process and execution requirements
- Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT team to establish mutual understanding for successful implementation
- Provide adequate understanding to vendors/partners for clarity in execution of business requirements as per plan and timelines
- Apply business analysis understanding into day to day deliveries with constant feedback to vendors/partners for execution as per business requirement
- Effective development, implementation and management of Loan origination system (LOS), Loan management system (LMS), API infrastructure, mobile lending applications, among others
- Ensure successful implementation of integration across various systems
- Testing new developments and raise concerns to vendors/partners/stakeholders
- Effectively front end with business stakeholders and vendors/partner for digital solutions/LOS mobility application
- Identify the GAPs in system and improvise the same
- Manage multisystem environment on the technology and software development life cycle front
Skills :
- Has at least 12+ experience in the mortgage financing domain
- Hands on experience in independently preparing of BRD and FRD documents
- Understanding of integration systems i.e. payment gateways, bureaus, Finfort, Perfios, etc.
- At least 5+ years of experience in of Loan origination system (LOS), Loan management system (LMS), API infrastructure and mobile lending applications
- Sound understanding of software development life cycle
- Adept at managing complex multisystem environment and project management Sr manager
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
