Lead - Business Process Reengineering

- To oversees the vision and entire lifecycle of a product, from inception to launch. It requires a range of skills, including market and customer research, designing the product architecture, UI development, and campaign planning.

- To act as a mediator between consumers and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating them into new product features for the team to design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing end-to-end process re-engineering or improvement activities executing a significant process re-engineering effort to achieve sales conversions and cross sell for the Bank.

- Use feedback system to enhance business performance and effectiveness.

- To challenge the business and use all the available re-engineering levers and provide timely reports on process re-engineering project / program status, risks and issues, evaluating performance based on management information.

- Lead end-to-end change journey and validates mitigation plans. - Lead process design activities and provides high-level strategic steer on design and development.
