Lead - Business Planning - CA

About the role:

As a Lead Business Planning you will be responsible for tracking key strategic programs, support business teams in generating AOP ideas, and develop high-quality sales, delivery, and crew system.

Responsibilities:

- Build processes to monitor and track AOP delivery vs plan

- Work closely with CoS, CFO and COO to build quarterly rolling visibility

- Creation of monthly MIS reports

- Analysis of monthly financials to measure Plan vs Actuals

- Publishing daily reports on volume deployment, revenue

- Tracking of key strategic programs in line with AOP delivery

- Partner closely with business teams to support in generating ideas for AOP delivery

- Incorporate systems to build a high quality sales engine, delivery engine & crew engine

- Creation of high quality management presentations for BoD review and other internal reviews

Candidate requirements:

Experience: Total 6-7 years of experience required

Skills required: Business Planning, Corporate Planning, FP&A. Experience in 3PL, transportation, electric mobility preferred. Experience in startup environment will be a plus.

Education qualification: MBA or CA
