Role Description:
- The Business Operations Lead will play a key role in documenting, supporting, and streamlining operational processes for a project utilizing Virtual Account Management (VAM) products.
- This role involves close collaboration with the BCAPD team to ensure thorough understanding and smooth implementation of VAM-related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of operational processes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and VAM product knowledge.
- UAT Support: Assist in developing and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases.
- Provide support to the BCAPD team during UAT phases to ensure successful outcomes.
- Training and Coaching: Train and mentor the BCAPD team on VAM products to enhance their understanding of its functionality and optimal usage within the project.
- Post-Go Live Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during the post-go-live phase as part of the year 1 scope.
- Provide continuous support to refine and improve processes.
Primary Skillset:
Years of Experience: 10-12 years in operations process documentation, testing, and project support.
VAM Product Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Account Management (VAM) products, with strong preference for Oracle VAM.
- Experience with other VAM products such as TietoEvry VAM, iGTB VAM, Finacle VAM, or similar platforms is also considered.
- Process Documentation: Proficient in documenting complex operational workflows, processes, and test cases.
- UAT Process: Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with a focus on scenario creation, execution, and resolution of issues.
- Training and Coaching: Strong ability to train and guide teams in product usage, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill-building.
