- Our Client is an woman-focused social media startup for expecting, aspiring and new mums who come to learn and share their parenting experiences and recommendations with other mums. Founded in 2016 by an entrepreneur couple who had a successful career in finance and investment domain, the company provides parenting information and resources depending through online micro-communities, social media engagement, video parenting and offline events targeting mothers and kids.

- The company has received funding from Facebook, and the founder was selected as a global community leader by facebook. They were also the finalist for the millionth award and have won global accolades.

- The company get close to 2 lac visitors every month on the web and have reach-in millions on their social media assets. The company has seen significant organic growth last year, with an average of 50 percent mum growth on website visits. They have launched a first-of-its-kind parenting Chatbots in India, which provides automated content discovery to the users.

- As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for enabling business intelligence and analytics within the organization to get quality and useful metrics to be able to use for decision making.

What you will do:

- Working on data capture from many platforms such as FB, GA, WA, Websites etc.

- Working closely with technology team to automate the flow of data into consolidated data portals.

- Gathering data requirements and analytics needs from marketing, sales, product team to develop analytics and reports.

- Managing data quality and report production ensuring appropriate calculations and statistical techniques are applied.

- Carrying out ad-hoc analysis on both user and product to provide insights for marketing campaigns and product.

What you need to have: 

- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics reporting

- Really good SQL writing skills (including complex queries) (4/5 or 5/5)

- Very good exp with BI tool Tableua/Power BI building dashboards etc (min 2yrs exp)

- Exp on Text data ++++ (Required, they will have do write queries to manipulate text data)

- 1.5Yr+ Exp with Python is MUST have!

- Exp on Redshift, Athena, Dynomo DB (very nice to have)

- Extremely fluent in Excel

- Experience in analytics tools such Google Analytics Clevertap, Mix Panel or Tableu

- Good hands-on experience in writing SQL Queries or Integration

- Very strong attention to details

- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics

Bonus Skills:

- FB, Google Analytics tools

- R programming
