This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Business Intelligence (BI) team, driving impactful data-driven decisions across the organization.

Role: BI Lead

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Summary:

As a BI Lead, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy and Power BI. Your role will involve data warehousing, ETL processes, and advanced data analytics while leading a team of BI professionals. You will work closely with business stakeholders to align BI initiatives with strategic goals, providing actionable insights through dynamic reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead BI initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Develop and maintain BI systems using MicroStrategy and Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.

- Optimize data management, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.

- Utilize advanced BI tools and technologies like DAX, Power Query, Python, and PowerShell to improve data analysis capabilities.

- Manage and mentor a team of BI professionals, enhancing their skills and aligning their efforts with business objectives.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure data insights are clearly understood.

Experience & Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in BI development, with proficiency in MicroStrategy and Power BI.

- Strong skills in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

- Expertise in Power BI development tools, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.

- Familiarity with Power BI APIs and Graph QL.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage small teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Nice to Have:

- Power BI administration skills (workspace management, security, deployment pipelines, etc.).

- Experience with other BI tools like Tableau and Qlik.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
