Position : Lead/Associate - BI & Process Automation

Location : Gurugram

As the lead/Associate of the Data Science Function in the company, pe will be reporting to the founder and offer support to teams like product, sales and marketing through insights gained from analyzing company data. Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting Manager - Head - Data Analytics & Data Science

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for facilitating preparation and tracking of Loan disbursements, accounting operations including payables, disbursements, receivables and reconciliations.

- Develop complete understanding of internal processes to become Process owner/champion.

- Identify the key areas of process improvements and implement tools to bring efficiency in operations.

- Lead discussions with Partners to solve day to day operational challenges.

- Bring end to end tracking of all Ops service and business-related processes through Dashboards and reporting tools for quick actions

- Build insights from data and propose changes in services/operations to bring excellence in service delivery.

- Proficiency in writing Sql queries to extract data from base systems

- Write BRDs, perform UAT and to ensure features are deployed on production environment.

- Build automated dashboards for day-to-day compliance/ops reporting and strategic reports.

- Build automated failover reporting mechanism to ensure data is consistent to ensure single source of truth.

- Ensuring quality of customer engagement across operations and partners.

Qualification and Skills

- A successfully completed degree in a technical discipline (eg informatics, business informatics) or a comparable education

- 4 - 6 years of experience in data science/analytics, machine learning and data engineering

- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position, typically in a bank and / or FinTech company

- Experience with the Python programming language and complex data warehouse structures, typically PostgreSQL-based

- Safe handling of tools such as SQL and Excel, experience with ticket systems and agile development

- Excellent understanding of business connections and processes

- Independent, solution-oriented work and a high degree of sense of responsibility

- First management experience is an advantage
