Lead - BI analyst - Retail Assets Operations

Job Purpose: The role incumbent will be responsible for Establishing Monitoring Maturity. He / She would be responsible for conceptualizing and end-to end development of data visualizing framework for assessing portfolio health, and key business performances. He / She will have to provide insights for informed business decision making capability, process improvement, solution assessments etc

Role:

- Gather data from various cross functional Stakeholders to deliver impactful, accurate and highly useable Dashboards and Reports for Senior Leadership

- Liaise with technology team to set-up data and Infrastructure requirements for reporting needs

- Create Framework for Assessment in the critical areas such as business performance , Key Risk Indicators , operational efficiency etc

- Deep Dive on emerging trends for early warning and risk mitigation

- Identifies data patterns & trends and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability

- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership about all findings

- Set up processes of Automated Data Visualization Dashboards and Data Democratization

Qualification & experience - Years of experience -5-6 years of relevant experience with prior focus in Retail Asset reporting

- Graduate degree in Engineering or any equivalent Quantitative area.

Essential skills - Excellent Communication Skill

- Business Intelligence experience

- Prior experience in setting up Data Visualization Dashboards

- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and perform detailed data analysis

- Should have prior experience in Python / R

- Knowledge of Tableau or other visualization tool is preferable
