Lead - Business Finance and Operations - Internet/eCommerce/Retail - CA

- Drive operational Excellence through deep dive analytics on Business Drivers and support the business team lead the execution

- Maintain stronghold on Key Business KPIs viz. Revenue, Mix, Margins, Capex and Working Capital

- Identify levers for revenue, and margin enhancement and work with the business teams to implement them

- Prepare crisp presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial & business results - deliver key messages to Business leaders and help arrive at a decision

- Support business case preparation and performance reviews

- Create impactful reports & summaries to enable quick decision making

- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

- Work on ad-hoc queries that the business may have and work with Finance & Accounts team to solve business problems

The Ideal Candidate :

- CA or MBA from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school, with consistently strong academic and professional track record

- 5 to 7 years or more experience in Business Finance and Fin ops

- Strong analytical rigour and problem solving skills

- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Proactive, takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
