- Lead development of annual and monthly plans, monthly forecasts and month-end reporting of actual results, including variance analysis to forecast and plan.

- Formulate and drive a data-driven insight framework to measure inputs and outputs, lead and lag indicators, and segmented PLs across businesses.

- Assist in budgeting for projects and outcomes the company wants to achieve and helping management with capital allocation decisions.

- Analyze and identify red flags in the overall financial and operational performance and propose ways to bridge them.

- Build and lead a team of analysts.
