1. Planning and Budgeting for each of the businesses and Products in Retail/ SME/Wholesale/Financial Markets

2. Monthly Dashboard detailing various granular parameters for each of the businesses/Products

3. Conduct meetings with various business heads to review the financial performance Understand and Frame the Funds transfer Pricing Policy and its implementation

4. Device methodologies for computation of product wise ROA and ROE's

5. Forecasting of Business Performance on a monthly basis and provide early indicators , Work with Technology team for appropriate solution and ensure Granular Data is made available

6. Stakeholder management
