Lead - Business Excellence - Services Industry

Job Description:

Lead Business Excellence, Process Improvement initiatives (LEAN) and overall Performance Framework for the organisation. Strategic planning; driving of strategic initiatives; and overall performance tracking and management, by cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Business Excellence (BE) transformation plan to drive BE adoption in the organisation and ultimately grow in BE maturity

- Be a LEAN Champion for continuous process improvement and KPI driven performance measurement

- Ensure alignment of KPIs with global / strategic priorities

- Ensure knowledge capturing and best practice usage & sharing on local level

- Drive quality related initiatives, including ISO audit facilitations, improvements and certifications (especially, ISO 9001:2015)

- Ensure data quality and drive data quality projects

- Data analysis and reporting to provide insights for improvement opportunities and new

initiatives and enable data-driven decision making

Key skills and experience required:

- 10+ years of experience in similar role

- Strategic mindset

- Good knowledge of LEAN Methodology with proven experience in Process improvement projects - LEAN/SIX SIGMA Certification Preferred

- Industry - Services background

- Mathematical & Statistical knowledge

Education:

- MBA in Finance/Business Analytics

- Certified Quality Professional (must)

- LEAN Certified (preferred)

- Certification in Data Science/Analytics (preferred)
