Job purpose :
- Develop organizational effectiveness in collaboration with extended teams to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and training's across the organization.
- Ensure process operations (including Advisory projects) are consistently and effectively performed according to established procedures, processes, guidelines and/or best practices.
- Monitor and take corrective actions around budget, scheduling, risk, scope, quality projects/programs and resource management.

- Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive client value through operational excellence
- Drive strategic quality plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure success in the deployment of operational excellence practices
- Support continuous improvement efforts and implement a method to capture and introduce employee ideas and process improvements.
- Deploy quality plan through operational excellence and provide overall quality leadership.
- Drive projects on processes to improve productivity and SLA performance
- Drive rigorous metrics to evaluate performance and drive reduction in defects in business processes
- Develop or maintain process performance measurements, determine process performance baselines, and statistically analyze metrics to identify areas for process improvement
- Collect and provide performance measures, develop reports, and analyze findings to identify areas for process improvement
- Provide expert guidance to direct planning, control, monitoring and reporting of significant projects and program events
- Define process improvement programs and measurement & performance programs to monitor and take corrective actions around budget, schedule, scope and quality.
- Lead and/or support process improvement teams across a variety of groups and foster a culture of early problem identification, timely resolution and broad based employee engagement
- Direct and/or support the development and implementation of the organization's management operating system including the training and coaching of all functional areas on measurement principles, meeting frameworks, visual management, statistical analysis and root cause analysis
- Mentor six sigma and lean projects for his/her sphere of influence
- Provide overall leadership for quality and operational excellence
- Provide accurate and valuable project status reports
- Make/propose improvements to work products, services or processes
- Reduce/Manage risks to tasks, activities or projects
Leadership :
- Effectively coach/counsel others and provide feedback to improve performance
- Build skills (self or others) needed to execute responsibilities
- Build relationship with other teams and corporate resources
- Motivate, counsel and constructively deal with people at all levels to contribute to team goal and agenda
- Train team members on processes, tools and methods.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree, with experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Six sigma black belt
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Be highly analytical and have the ability to determine effective & efficient solutions
- Be familiar with accounting principles and basic business mathematics, and analytical methods
- Experience in documenting business processes
- Have an excellent ability to work with spreadsheets and undertake financial analysis
- Be able to build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Have experience of working within an international organization.
- An accounting qualification would be an advantage
Skills & Knowledge :
- The candidate should be highly proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and driven
- Dependable, consistent team player with a positive attitude and ability to listen
- High integrity and honesty a must
- Candidate must be willing to travel as required
- Experience of global accounting/service BPO environments preferred
- Multi lingual a plus
