Job responsibilities:
- You will represent the brand's commercial business by targeting potential clients, project partners, influencers, and collaborators; identifying opportunities; building relationships; and creating direct and indirect advocacy affiliations to expand the brand's competitive positioning.
- Grow the B2C business by developing and executing an aggressive client acquisition sales strategy focused on influencer marketing services and solutions
- Develop, manage, and optimize offline affiliate campaigns; Develop new affiliate networks and improve performance. Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in new markets
- Optimize the strategy of business development and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
- You will gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the residential as well as workplace market sector, industry trends, future residential projects with interior contractors and influencers, etc.
- You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work. You will Develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client's needs and expectations.
- You will generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
- You will work closely with the leadership and team to complete the sales cycle and close deals.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 6-12 years of sales/ business development/affiliate sales/Alliance marketing, influencer engagement, and key accounts tie-ups experience.
- You have experience working in architecture, Interior Design firms, or related fields.
- You have experience in managing B2B sales/BD cycle with preferable exposure to residential real estate or commercial space solutions domain
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish. Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
- You have knowledge of the residential / workplace market sector in India including competitive positioning and strategy.
- Strong verbal and written skills and dynamic presentation style in combination with a solid consultative and professional business acumen
- You Should be able to travel to Pan India
