Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Lead to join our team and spearhead new business acquisition efforts in the European/EMEA market.
- In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the full lead generation lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to qualification and nurturing.
- You will leverage your strong understanding of Software Development, Analytics & Consulting services to identify and engage key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
- Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate high-quality leads, expand our sales pipeline, and exceed revenue targets.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in new business development/hunting as an individual contributor, specifically within international markets (Europe/EMEA).
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly/annual lead generation goals and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads through proactive outreach, market intelligence gathering, and network expansion.
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, ML, Application Development, Cloud, and QA services.
- Proven ability to pitch high-value, service-based solutions at the enterprise level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and negotiate win-win deals.
- Must be an aggressive lead hunter with a strong focus on exceeding goals; will be evaluated on lead generation skills.
- Experience using B2B Sales intelligence tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Crunchbase, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience establishing relationships with key decision-makers and building strong, long-term client loyalty.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have):
- Understanding of offshore service delivery models, market & technology trends.
- Knowledge of the Lead Qualification cycle and end-to-end sales closure processes within the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other data compliance regulations for outbound sales.
