Lead - Business Development - Employee Connect - Government Project

We are looking for a Business Development Lead - Employee Connect for an ambitious Project of Government of Maharashtra.

Role : Business Development Lead - Employee Connect

Location : Churchgate

About the Role & Project :

The project is statewide initiative to drive employability in the state of Maharashtra. In this initiative government has set a target of providing 10 lakhs internships to the youths who would be paid 6 months stipend through DBT.

This role is part of the Project Management Team setup under the project head.

Reports to : State Nodal Officer

Qualification : MBA from tier-1 institute + Min 5 years of experience

Responsibilities :

- Lead Statewide industry outreach activities

- Conduct district level industry events/internship fairs

- Maximize Industry Participation.

- Follow up with industries for internships demand.

- Conduct Ongoing Market Research.

- Creating Actionable Business Strategies.

- Negotiating & Closing deals.

- Ability to identify opportunities through understanding external business needs and the requirements.
