Description :
- Business Development - Establish Digital Pathology leadership and business in India, through business development, Partnerships and building relationship with Key Opinion Leaders in field of Digital Pathology.
- Market development & conversion of prospects and opportunities, to help sales achieve targeted sales growth Strategic Planning
- Establish DP experience curves in customer needs, competitive positioning, & business economics, commercial modelling & clinical evidence in India Solution Architecture
- Develop customer-specific strategies for Digital pathology adoption; working closely with Histopathology laboratory/administrative leadership and pathology staff to develop and scope their Digital Pathology transformation.
- Provide subject matter expertise in pre and post sales capacity. Project Management & Implementation
- Establish new & effective operation approaches & interfaces within functional groups (Sales/marketing, Service, Workflow) & external service provider for achieving desired Implementation.
- Work closely with sales team on presales engagements, drive turnkey solution package proposals, including workflow design (Histopathology set ups), and associated external requirement on network, IP, storage etc.
Profile :
2 to 5+ years of experience in Digital Pathology/Digital Healthcare/ Healthcare Consulting, of which at least 2 years should be in a Multinational Company. Oncology experience on technology side is preferred
MBA Tier-1 MBA is a must
Candidates from consulting background preferred
Strong experience in product improvement, need gap analysis, healthcare softwares is a must
