Lead - Business Development - College Connect - Government Project - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a Business Development Lead - College Connect for an ambitious Project of Government of Maharashtra.

Role : Business Development Lead - College Connect

Location : Churchgate

About the Role & Project :

The project is statewide initiative to drive employability in the state of Maharashtra. In this initiative government has set a target of providing 10 lakhs internships to the youths who would be paid 6 months stipend through DBT.

This role is part of the Project Management Team setup under the project head.

Reports to : State Nodal Officer

Qualification : MBA from tier-1 institute + Min 5 years of experience

Responsibilities :

- Work with Higher & Technical Education Department

- Lead statewide candidate outreach activities

- Conduct District Level / College Level Events

- Follow up with Students for Internship demand.

- Conduct Ongoing Market Research

- Create Actionable Business Strategies

- Negotiating & Closing deals

- Ability to identify opportunities through understanding external business needs and the requirements.
