Position: Lead Business Development.

Location: Gurgaon.

Working Days: Monday/Friday.

Work Timings: 10am -7pm.

Experience Required: 2-10 years.

Client: Leading Business School.

- Our leadership consists of alumni from IITs, IIMs, and Ivy League Schools like Stanford and Upenn.

Role And Responsibilities:

- Act as a primary representative of our brand, developing and nurturing relationships with prospective customers through tailored interactions.

- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and educational needs.

- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly outline the value and uniqueness of our programs.

- Guide potential customers through the decision-making process with a focus on converting inquiries into committed clients.

- Continuously stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to refine our value proposition.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to enrollment.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a business development role, preferably in the education sector or with a premium service provider.

- Proven track record of successfully engaging and converting discerning customers.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to sales and client engagement.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
