Business Development:
- Tap into existing client networks in NEOM to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential new clients in the NEOM area to expand the company's client base.
- Act as a sales representative, pitching company services and negotiating contracts with clients.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by leading a team of professionals in NEOM.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Smart and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in client management and business development, preferably in the operations and maintenance sector.
- Strong coordination and commanding power to effectively manage client relationships and project tasks.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with prior experience in team management.
- Sales experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Background in engineering is preferred, with knowledge of diesel generators considered a value-added advantage.
- Proven experience in client management and business development, preferably in the operations and maintenance sector.
