Position Name: Lead Business Development


Location: Mumbai

Purpose of the Role: This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring market trends and closely tracking competitor actions and policy and regulatory changes

- Assist with identifying and assessing investment opportunities

- Company/ sector research: Compile and analyze relevant data on the sector, target, competitors through secondary research, annual reports, etc.

- Financial Modelling: Building financial models to assess deal attractiveness, alternate constructs, sensitivity and scenario analysis

- Assist with due diligence and collaborate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities and for analyzing the market opportunities based on best strategic fit principle

- Creating presentations, investment case and diligence update decks.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

CA with 0.6 to 2 years of exp. Preferably from Big4 and other M & A companies.
