Lead Business Consultant/Sales Director - Digital Agency, Mumbai/Ahmedabad
Work From Home/Work From Office (Open to discussion during the interview)
Salary- Upto 25 LPA
Shift-5:00 PM - 05:00 AM (Any 9 hour shift)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a sales person at a professional web design and development company, focusing on digital sales with a consulting approach.
- Proven sales success
- Proficiency in closing significant opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple sales engagements concurrently
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Customer service mind-set and the ability to explain technical issues to clients is the key
- Must have a deeper web development understanding with knowledge of competing web based technologies
Prior Experience / Skills
1) Must have experience of closing high end accounts / large budget projects / high end websites / apps.
Tech know-how of the digital / website landscape will be helpful. Helping / consulting / closing / Winning prospects for their Digital Transformation.
2) Creative ability in consulting / closing clients from different verticals / different industries.
3) Excellent Communication skills-
Because you will have to work with our US offices AE / Account Director/ Sales team and close prospects.
4) Exposure with North American Clients / Prospects.
5) Experience will matter a lot, "can do" attitude is always good but prior experience is a must.
Job description
Web Design and Development agency is seeking a Consultant to join our team. Our ideal candidate has an approachable personality, outgoing, sharp, self-motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated, and looking for a long term opportunity. Someone who is web savvy and has past experience in sales and account management is required. Must be professional, customer-service driven and have a natural ability to recognize business opportunities.
This position requires a general understanding of web technologies, web development, mobile applications, and online marketing. We take a consultative approach to determining our clients' needs and presenting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and web leads from prospects and guide them through a prescreening process for qualification.
- Lead prospecting through various databases and LinkedIn channels
- Explain and sell our solutions and design process
- Generate quotes, proposals, presentations, project briefs, & RFP responses based on client requirements
- Inform, educate & consult clients on projects
- Build strong client relationships
- Creative Sales Strategy Ability.
- Able to pitch to board members / c level executives.
- Work hand in hand / lead from front and work with our US Account Directors / Account Executive team mates and help win accounts.
