Lead - Business Banking Policy

Review policy/ programs:

- Ideation and formulation of new policy/programs along with product and business teams to cater to avenues in SME Lending within regulatory & compliance framework.

Existing Policy/Programs:

- Lead policy / programs modifications and renewals.

- Work will involve interacting with various stakeholders for driving requisite changes in Policy. Getting approvals for policy with senior management.

Competition/Banking Network:

- Applicant is expected to be well networked to do competition benchmarking.

Industry / sectoral knowledge:

- Well read an conversant with sectoral and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitor portfolio health and delinquency. Identify early warning signals which can be tracked by team.

- Use data and analytics for portfolio health tracking and systematically improving the Policy and Process

Driving Digital Initiatives:

- Implementation of BREs, Scorecards, STP journeys in System.

Team Management: Lead of team of Policy Managers.
