Lead - Business Analytics & Research - CPG Analytics Firm

A leading CPG analytics firm setting up their analytics capability center in Bangalore is looking for candidates with expertise in research and analytics background who can front-end and lead a team of people.

- As a lead you would be responsible to manage project stakeholders in Business Units.

- Process Lead for end-to end research on pricing elasticity and promotions

- Manage analytics team members and talent pipeline

- Manage 3rd party vendors executing the surveys

- Manage end-to-end delivery of portfolio of pricing studies

- Promotion Research: manage end-to-end delivery of portfolio.

Desired Skills :

- Experience in building complex statistical models and analysis

- Conjoint or discrete choice analysis (multi-nomial logit modelling, censored regression, or experimental design)

- Survey research experience

- Proven skills in translating statistics into insights

- Experience in Pricing / Promotions

- Experience in CPG company

- Experience in leading small teams
