Lead - Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Be the owner of all critical data and analysis within the organization.

- Play a strategic role in terms of monitoring all critical business KPIs.

- Actively interface with all function heads to understand key critical insights requirements and deliver accordingly

- Play a pivotal role in projects involving data insights including Annual Planning and review exercises.

- Create Management review decks with appropriate commentary .

- Analyse the Financial performance of the business in terms of profitability, CAPEX performance, ROI, ROCE and highlight concern areas suitably.

- Work actively with IT, Technology to ensure a robust data ecosystem and drive in automation of data

- Develop controls and mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and hygiene across the ecosystem
