Lead Business Analyst - Markets Surveillance

About the role

Lead BA - Markets Surveillance roe is to support the "Electronic Communications Surveillance replacement" project and related initiatives in ensuring that project scope is correctly defined, business process are clarified and documented, back log is refined, groomed, and made available for development team to deliver. Also, this resource would own the test plan, change management and training plan.

What will your day look like

As Lead Business Analyst, you would need:

- Engage relevant business stakeholders and define functional requirement details;

- Engage relevant tech stakeholders & support Tech partner on requirements understanding and solution communication; assure the delivery will meet signed-off business requirements;

- Working together with testing team to assure delivery quality.

- Taking the lead of the delivery and communicate with multi-stakeholder's cross locations.

- Support PM by following delivery framework, deliver the project in time with good quality.

- Good BA skills and able to take the lead in new & complex cross functional initiatives.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Experience in working with senior executives in other functions.

- Good understanding of different Financial Markets products; Fixed income , FX, Credit and commodities.

- Good experience in managing scope through JIRA stories, assist in sprint planning

- Experience in bringing together people from across the value chain to deliver business change, considering multiple perspectives and competing priorities.

- Proven ability to translate insights in business initiatives and then execute to deliver value

- Experience in working with project team with tight timeline, delivery focus & good in priority management .
