Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across Marketing and Product teams to understand business questions that data can
answer to drive insights
- Identify patterns and increase User engagement across the platform.
- Identify business trends and shifts and recommend data-driven responses and recommendations to the Business
- Broaden the scope of KPIs for marketing channels. Drive optimization based on customer-centric metric
- Build frameworks to automate the operational activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of analytics experience working.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Real Money Gaming domain (Rummy) is a must.
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related area)
- Have prior experience working with reporting BI tools and data warehouses
- Problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in SQL and Python.
- Experience with frameworks such as Pyspark is a plus. - Should have experience with big data (~1TB data sizes)
- Familiarity with data engineering tech related to ETL, load management/audit, etc.
- Experience with leading a small to midsize team.
