Lead Business Analyst - HR Analytics
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Business Analyst with extensive experience in Tableau and a proven track record in predictive and descriptive analysis of survey data, specifically within the Human Resource domain. The successful candidate will lead a team in providing advanced HR analytics and insights to drive strategic decision-making within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Analytics:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic HR analytics initiatives, leveraging predictive and descriptive analysis techniques.
- Oversee the design and execution of complex analytical models to derive actionable insights.
Tableau Dashboard Development:
- Spearhead the creation of advanced Tableau dashboards for HR reporting, ensuring they align with organizational goals and HR strategies.
- Mentor and guide the team in developing impactful visualizations.
Survey Data Management:
- Direct the team in handling large-scale survey data, ensuring accurate data integration and alignment with HR objectives.
- Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and integrity.
Predictive Modeling Leadership:
- Take a leadership role in applying advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to predict HR trends, attrition, and employee engagement.
- Guide the team in implementing predictive modeling best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to understand the organization's HR analytics needs and align analyses with strategic objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Analysts and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Provide guidance on best practices, professional development, and technical skills enhancement.
HR Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement through data-driven insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR analytics function, ensuring that methodologies and tools are cutting-edge and aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead efforts to streamline and automate HR analytics processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst with a focus on HR analytics and Tableau expertise.
- Extensive experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing analytics teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Certification in HR analytics, data science, or relevant analytics certifications.
- Exposure to HR technology solutions and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
