Lead Business Analyst - FinTech

What will you do?

- Design and develop data models that would support business, marketing and product decisions.

- Identify key metrics which define outcomes, define intent for governance.

- Develop predictive Model with inputs that derive the outcomes mentioned above.

- Derive customer segments that split the outcomes. Understand the concepts of RFM

- Enable strategies to improve the outcomes across growth, marketing and product work streams

- Recommend Experimental Road map for business to improve P&L metrics like ARPU, Contribution Margins

You should apply if you:

- 5+ years of experience managing product and business analytics in fintech industry

- have a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.

- have conceptual thinking skills complemented by strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous growth & risk management

- Have a successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. are a tenacious decision maker with the ability to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business

- Hands on with data analysis tools like python, SQL
