Job Description - Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary IT resource for small to medium-size projects
- Work with business segments to better define project requirements for development and implementation
- Translate requirements into technical specifications
- Work with developers to get projects developed and implemented
- Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with developers and business resources
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
Must Have:
- Candidate should be expert of X12 EDI transactions.
- Candidate should have worked as BA for at least 5 years.
- Experience in role as a Product Owner would be preferred.
- Experience in US Healthcare provider space (Claims validations, Clearinghouse, RCM, EMR, etc.) would be preferred.

Qualification - Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ year of experience in business/finance analysis
- Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
