- The compliance officer is also required to follow up on these actionable and ensure proper guardrails/ Controls are fixedfor each of the regulatory items

- Primarily to support business Advisory, to maintain an effective control framework and to ensure compliance with all relevant external laws & regulations, internal codes and policies and good market practices.

- Provide advisory services to business, in order to ensure clear understanding of compliance risk exposure with respect to clients, transactions and products.

- Ensure the company is compliant with all the applicable regulatory guidelines

- Disseminating regulations to business and support function and provide ongoing advisory services

- Play the central role in identifying the level of regulatory Compliance risk in the NBFC, the compliance risks in existing / new products and processes shall be analysed and appropriate risk mitigants put in place.

- Support in overseeing the critical Compliance policies and systems that impact the NBFC and ensure that the Group's exposure to Regulatory Compliance is managed in a commercially sensitive, practical and cost-effective manner.

- To exercise risk steward challenge, act as independent trusted advisory in governance forums, issue management, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with risk owners and control owners.

- Good understanding of regulatory agency examining banks, in the field of banking compliance providing advice and/or guidance on banking regulations and possess

- Act as advisory to training team wrt to compliance policies and processes to be followed.

- Ensure the regulations are understood by the business in letter and spirit.

- Ensure that the controls mostly systemic are in place for any regulatory line item.

- Ensure that the compliance testing reports actions are acted upon and controls strengthened.

- Graduate / Post Graduate

- Experience in managing team

- Experience in AML transaction monitoring for at least 15-25 years. Knowledge of Regulations

- Business models

- Transaction process

- System integrations.
