Lead - Brand
Responsibilities:
1. Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
2. Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
3. Overseeing the production of adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising production houses and agencies
4. Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
5. Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
6. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
7. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
9. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
10. Develop the digital and social Media strategy for the organization
11. Work with performance marketing agencies to optimize digital spends
12. A/B testing on content, ability to understand Brand persona and archetypes
13. Work with Agency on Brand activation, briefs, Brand health
Policy and Process Compliance:
1. Safeguard the organization's processes and policies.
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
4. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy
