- Analysis of different therapeutic segments, markets
- Analysis of different Infrastructure market segments, potential, 4Ps
- Brand positioning and Brand communication for different brands
- Competitive analysis, market analysis to design marketing campaigns
- Brand positioning and brand communication
- Planning and recommendation of brand architecture
- Planning and execution of brand workshops
- Defining the brand purpose and the brand world
- Consumer research, in-depth consumer behavior understanding, insight mining
- Competition products mapping, analyzing application segments and to find out gap areas in existing portfolio and new product development
- Identification of potential markets for products launch, re-launch and brand extension
- Working on different promotional tools and 360o marketing plan for different products
- Perception analysis and strategy recommendation based on that for different products
- Inputs in creating the brand identity (brand name, logo)
