Lead Brand Marketing - Ethnics wear


Key responsibilities attached to the role:

- Marketing Calendar

- Develop a comprehensive calendar taking into account the media strategy and ATL and BTL promotions for the year

- Ensure top line and bottom line, and spread of the brand is achieved as committed in the "Annual Business Plan"

- Formulate brands long-term strategy and develop and execute marketing/sales plans

- Propose and implement marketing strategies to increase market share for specific products / business segments

- Marketing Communication, & Advertising Responsible for developing and implementing brand and product promotion programs for all segments across all channels

- Ensure Proper Planning and Execution of "Go To Market Plan" through proper execution of :- 1) Media Plan 2) ATL elements - Print Campaign, outdoor and other media 3) BTL elements - Visual Merchandising , Trade & Consumer Activation programs


- Manage marketing/sales budgets and ensure effective utilization of the budget across various marketing activities Provide direction to the marketing/sales team to bring about awareness amongst the customers, about various developments in the brand on time to time basis

- Ensure market is aligned with design themes and stories, and availability of stocks at various locations Work on getting consumer insights to develop better and more relevant brand experience


- Responsible to re-energize the brand with completely new positioning, along with contemporary and premium design packaging, with young & modern appeal


- Suggest and design unique and innovative design/concepts for retail

- Ensure effectiveness of advertisement done through Quaterly Brand Health Check through measurement and monitoring of Consumer Awareness, Purchase trials and Repeat Purchase Behavior Sales Force & Distribution Effectiveness Monitor and measure effectiveness of sales &marketing activities through design of relevant performance indicators

- Choose the most effective media combination for an impactful presence for the brands with maximized reach Review and report on reach, brand campaign performance, visual merchandising, sales performance and customer satisfaction levels to ensure sales/marketing/retail strategy and direction is effective in delivering on business requirements

- People Management Ensure smooth communication and work flow in the chain system with complete clarity Identify high potential team members for talent development and chart out a career plan for their future growth Engage team members and motivate them to demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation and team work
