Lead Brand Marketing
Brief:
- The Brand Marketing Lead role is pivotal in shaping the brand's marketing strategy, brand identity, customer engagement and overall functioning of the brand.
- The Brand Marketing Lead will spearhead the marketing sub-function, strategically promoting and positioning the brands within company.
- The role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue, enhancing brand enrollment, and ensuring maximum reach among the target audience.
- This includes managing marketing budgets, coordinating promotional campaigns, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The Lead will also ensure that marketing activities are well integrated with sales efforts and align with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and achieve objectives. Design region-specific campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Align strategies with both short-term and long-term goals and coordinate with sales activities.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness. Engage with agencies to design and ensure quality marketing communications and collaterals.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and optimize events to enhance customer experience and support sales. Ensure events align with overall marketing and sales strategies.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Drive cross tie-ups, innovation, and marketing alliances to expand brand reach. Use innovative strategies and partnerships to maximize audience engagement. Influence course offerings based on market trends.
Marketing Support:
- Provide marketing support to the franchise network for consistent brand messaging. Ensure internal process adherence and monitor marketing effectiveness. Function Marketing Role Brand Marketing Lead.

Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research and gather insights to refine strategies. Stay updated with industry trends to inform marketing decisions.
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing and event budgets effectively. Ensure activities stay within budget and deliver desired ROI.
AI and Digital Integration:
- Incorporate AI and digital technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Leverage AI for data analysis, customer insights, and personalized marketing. Implement digital tools to reach a broader audience and integrate with traditional marketing.
- This position may require travel for events, meetings, and other marketing activities. The Marketing Lead will work closely with the sales team, agency partners, and other stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
