Role Context:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Lead to spearhead efforts in attracting more home sellers and buyers to the platform while enhancing brand awareness.


- The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging both digital and physical/hyperlocal channels to drive growth.


- This role is crucial for the expansion strategy and requires a blend of creative marketing, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. You will report directly to the Co-Founder, this is a 6-day working role.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the platform.

- Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.

- Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

- Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing roles, ideally in consumer brands or startups.

- Exceptional track record in past roles and academics.

- Strong analytical and design thinking skills.

- Proven ability to drive growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing channels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and improvement.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
