Location Thane

Reports to CMO

Reportees D: Content Lead, Community Lead I: Content Writers, Social Media specialists, Influencer,Marketing specialists

Purpose - Why does it exist?

To build all brands through deeper understanding of the consumer and the TG market of all the brands .

Key Performance Indicators

1. Brand awareness and TOM score

2. Social Media Performance KPI's across channels - Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, Blog

3. Business contribution through social media, influencer marketing and affiliate program

4. New customer acquisition, engagement and LTV build up through the community program

5. PR value generated in key media channels

6. Build, motivate and develop a team of high performing brand and digital marketing specialists

7. Lead the brand and communications strategy in line with the brand ethos and purpose. Own clear differentiator by walking-the-talk on Brands Purpose while maintaining a consistent brand voice and personality

8. Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement

9. Define and execute the digital marketing strategy. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of social media and influencer marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, new customer acquisition and revenue for the brand

10. Accelerate exploration and cross-sell by engaging consumers in a powerful community program

11. Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies for the brand in liaison with category heads and PR agency

12. Responsible for end-to-end execution of brand campaigns from agency briefs to creative development, media planning, campaign execution and measurement

13. Spearhead all brand research and tracking studies partnering with external agencies

14. Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns

15. Bring big out of the box ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale

16. Budget ownership- track, forecast and drive efficiency

17. Work effectively in a deadline-driven, dynamic work environment
