- Lead the Benefits &amp; Rewards function and support execution of Global &amp; Local C&amp;B and Job Grading - Execute compensation &amp; benfits administration process for Europe Zone based on the defined work instructions - Escalate and highlight any issues risks to the manager to ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with BSC teams to ensure effective and timely end to end process execution - Comply to Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) 1) Team Management and Approvals - Lead the team that manages Local, Global Compensation &amp;Benefits and Job Evaluation/ Grading - Support the resolution of risks/ escalations, as required - Provide necessary approvals on Rewards Policy as indicated in the RASCI - Ensure execution of the Benefits &amp; Rewards function 2) Projects - Support the implementation of the business critial projects/ initiatives as identified by Business - Deliver project outcomes/ KPIs along with the project team within timelines - Effective and timely implementation of Projects 3) Organization Design - Lead the Job Evaluation strategy, method, calendar etc. as provided by the company for full Europe Zone - Conduct Job Evaluation along with Job Grading specialist as per the defined strategy and guidelines and share the proposal with Business Partners and Line Manager - Arrange jobs in subsequent structure levels in the organization based on the company CoE guidelines - Communicate and Align structure changes with business and all relevant stakeholders - Effective implementation of Job Evaluation &amp; Organization Design 4) Service Delivery Management - Ensure that objectives as laid down in Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met continually - Provide each customer with consistent high level of service - Participate in Quality Assurance activities with team Lead to monitor and improve proficiency, productivity and quality - Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies and procedures - Monitor and update changes to the L5 documentation - Keep required and assigned databases, templates and documentation updated at all times - Perform additional duties as requested by the team lead - Recognize and highlight potential issues/ risks with the team and the team lead - Seek guidance from team lead incase of issues and escalations - Participate in external / internal audit as applicable - Act as a backup for other activities - Train and assist new staff as applicable - Compliance to Service and Operational Level agreements
