Job Description:

SalarySe is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Bank Partnerships. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to reimagine the consumer financial product experience in India by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with leading banks and financial institutions. You will be based in our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to enhance SalarySe's product offerings.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks to ensure ongoing collaboration.

- Product Integration: Collaborate with the product and technology teams to integrate partner bank services into SalarySe's fintech products.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes in the Indian fintech and banking sectors to identify new partnership opportunities.

- Compliance and Legal: Ensure partnership agreements and collaborations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and oversee the development of partnership contracts and agreements.

- Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of professionals specializing in bank partnerships.

- Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs and evaluate the success of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in bank partnerships within the fintech industry.

- Strong understanding of the Indian financial services and banking sector.

- Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the Indian financial sector.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Located in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
