Role : Be able to convince stake holders while suggesting or implementing changes, be able to lead cross functional and partner teams independently and in tandem. Ensure independent reporting on parameters that have improved with the changes led.

- Credit Policy formulation for Account Management

- Define and Monitor key risk metrics

- Portfolio monitoring and Review

- Loss forecasting for individual product and monitoring

- Define Portfolio intervention strategies basis the delinquency and losses

- Define Portfolio Positive Interventions strategies, express cash and monitor the performance
