Lead - Audit/Process/Risk & Compliance - BFSI

About the Role :

The employee will be a subject matter expert on Audit, Processes, Control, Risk and Compliance. The role is tasked to lead Process upgrades, Build controls in, Risk framework, Legal and Regulatory compliance, lead IA audits and work around Sustainability and across SCM domain, drive excellence, bench mark best practices and drive governance with internal and external stake holders

Key Responsibilities :

- Re view Process controls, risk framework, mitigation plan as per targets and assess for improvements/ enhancements

- Collaborate with all scm teams, users, partners and Engg to drive projects for continuous simplification, and automation to drive efficiencies in scm value stream.

- Finalize Legal and Regulatory compliance around SCM process, track and report compliance as per target dates.

- Lead process audits conducted by IA and external auditors across lines of business in SCM and ensure support to audit protocol targeting zero NC. Track closure of points rated as high and reported in BAC

- Drive governance with all stake holders

- Help teams face/report healthy Audit and Compliance scores

- Pilot projects to enable for user's excellence in operations

- Frame and Drive ESG & sustainability agenda for SCM

Experience & Skills :

- Leading process audit in SCM domain

- Sound understanding of all process in SCM - Inventory, P2P, Oder to cash, Hire to retire etc

- Collaboration with internal, cross functional and external stake holders.

- Understanding of Risk and Control framework

- Legal and regulatory compliances in SCM domain

- Understanding of ESG and Sustainability work.
