- Reviewing audits in the category of internal audit and vendor audit w.r.t. Labour Law Compliances.
- Reviewing audit data, prepared as per audit sheets
- Seamless gap identification under all ER actions and Labour Laws
- Assessing areas for compliance with relevant laws and related internal actions against each of them while evaluating and implementing its controls into practices.
- Analyzing audit data for reasonable conclusions which can be shared in audit notes for corrections
- Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve ER vulnerabilities
- Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate ER or Compliance controls
- Combine and collate the Audit status for all zones and prepare the monthly/quarterly audit dashboard to be flashed to the HOD and senior Management.
- Evolve best practices in ER and compliance control
- Maintain open communication with different lines of business and other ER leadership
- Present reports that reflect audit results and document process
- Create and update internal audit plan with due flexibility to include future requirements
- Manage resources and audit assignments
- Share final Due diligence report with stakeholders in reference to all new and critical sites
