The candidate should be able to work on as follows:
- Promotional materials for communicating the value of medicines to healthcare payers and providers, for use by (country) customer facing staff
- Create communication aids for healthcare payers/providers (Accounts) for specific medicines due to be launched
- Aids should be based on targeted value propositions: objective of marketing/market access approach to positively impact purchasing or other access decisions within boundary set by commercial/market access strategy
- To create payer engagement material with key defining elements of the collateral layout
Skills:
- Understanding of (global) Pharma product development and commercialization
- Looking for someone experience in HEOR (Health economic outcome research) or Payer marketing
- Understanding of (top-line, not detailed) healthcare systems: role of payers and providers at national and local levels
- Experience of development of external communications: medical writing, sales support etc.
- Good communication skills (English): written and oral
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Flexibility/agility to work in a cross team and client facing environment
- Strong focus on quality deliverable
