Role of the Growth & Strategy Marketing Team
The Growth & Strategy Marketing Team works with Chief Strategy Officer to bring business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into Marketing and Communications (M+C) programs across the firm.
Job Title: Marketing & Communication Assets & Solutions Associate Director
Position Description:
As part of 2025 strategy, we are scaling our services using a new GenAI platform called the Reinvention Console (RC) that enables our 700k+ employees to originate, sell, and deliver work better, faster, and more consistently. The Marketing & Communication Assets & Solutions Associate Director will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the ARC, ensuring consistency in solutions go-to-market both internally and externally. The Associate Director will be the representative and voice of M+C when collaborating with other teams such as change management, offering development, learning, and platform teams. The role reports directly to the M+C Lead for Growth & Strategy.
The Assets & Solutions M+C Lead will:
- Create a unified industrialized marketing approach for the ARC - consistently applied, allowing quality standards and adoption at speed.
- Ensure guidance for internal and external development and activation of solutions across M+C. This includes quality assurance for key elements such as solution narratives, unique selling propositions, client stories, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with key M+C functions who own the development of marketing content and implementation of solutions (industry, function, services, GO, markets, client relationship marketing, and people engagement).
- Build and maintain relationships with key senior stakeholders and serve as the M+C subject matter expert and collaboration partner to other teams working on the console (change management, offering development, platform designers, legal, knowledge management).
- Develop a deep understanding of how M+C operates and connect the dots across M+C and ARC teams to ensure there is no duplication and our teams work together to foster greater adoption and usage of the reinvention console.
- Review and adapt approach based on key performance metrics, insights, and a data-led mindset.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Education: 4-year college degree
- Work Experience: Minimum of 14 years of marketing and communications experience
- Business experience working in a global organization preferred, with a focus/interest in external positioning and capability-led marketing campaigns
- Detail driven with a passion for content, process, and program management experience
- Executive presence, impeccable writing and presentation skills, and a strategic, data-led mindset
- Relationship builder with the ability to turn complex issues and opportunities into simple and powerful narratives.
- Knowledge of core marketing communications essentials, including message development, campaign strategy & execution, internal communications, account-based marketing, and client story development.
- Strong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in creating and articulating integrated sales & marketing programs
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple assignments simultaneously while collaborating with a team of marketing and communications professionals.
- A focus on team development and flexibility to accommodate global meetings, across all geographies.
