Lead Assistant Manager- Analytics (Marketing Analytics)
- Analyze and extract actionable insights for Core and Client Marketing initiatives.
- Execute Client Marketing FIFA measurement framework to set up initiative targets, measurement approach and deliver preliminary and final results reporting
- Propose initiative Modeling/Benchmarks/Baselines for ; FIFA activations, Client Marketing activations, Affluent, Cash Conversion and Cross Border Campaigns
- Improve analytic methodologies standardization & reporting (incl. best practices documentation)
- Optimize Data Driven solutions for marketing;
- Leverage Skyline (tableau dashboard) & CMS (Campaign measurement tool that uses twinning methodology) to solve for high-level /second-level analytics needs and results production, provide guidance for self-service market use and identify key requirements to support adoption
- Automate analytics pipeline visibility and accuracy by integrating data
- Understand different data sources, build data pipelines and work towards visualization
- Define and validate various tools requirements
- Mandatory Skills ; SQL, Tableau, Experience in Automating Scripts, Experience in marketing (campaign analytics)
- Better to have ; Power BI, Python, Hive
